FNB customer service sucks!!!

Yesterday I called FNB to ask how come I wasn't receiving a payment notification email, a guy by the name of Francois Geldenhuys took the call. He made me feel so stupid by telling me that in the 6yrs of working at FNB no one receives a payment notification email until the payment has cleared on the recipients side. I tell him that everytime when I make a payment on my FNB app I request an email and I receive it. He further tells me that my incontact is set for a certain time and if i make a payment outside of those times i wont get the sms or email stating that money has been paid out of my account. We go back and forth and now im getting really irritated because he wasnt listening to my question he was just telling me what he wants to tell me since he works for FNB and knows best. He further tells me that this call is being recorded and I say good because Iam going to complain. When I ask for his name and surname he gives me his name and just when his about to give me his surname he drops the call. If this is how loyal FNB customers are now being treated just by asking a valid question then mayb FNB isnt the bank for me. I then decide to call back again i tell the lady that answers my call that i just recently spoke to Francois can she please put me through to him, she does that. The phone rings for a good 2mins maybe without an answer and i eventually decide to end the call. I call back again and this time I ask the lady that answers (Nthabiseng Phetla) to please give me the name of the first person I spoke to when I called, she gives me Francois full name and surname. I then tell her why I had initially called FNB to ask how come I wasn't receiving any payment notification emails, she tells me that im the 6th caller who has called about the same issue . She didn't argue with me she asks to put me on hold so she can find out if the fault is on FNB's side I wait and she came back to me and says yes the fault is on FNB's side and she wasn't sure when it will be resolved. Thats all I wanted to hear not to be made to feel stupid and not be listened to and then have the call being dropped on me. I am really upset that Francois wouldn't listen to me and instead we went on and argued all for nothing, if he had listened to my question when he answered my call all of this would have been resolved. I am still going to call the FNB complains department as well because this is no way to treat a customer, why do they have a customer care number if they wont listen to our queries instead belittle me and make me feel stupid like i dont know what Im talking about since I haven't worked for over 6yrs at FNB and mind you, I have been with FNB since I was a teenager. He goes on and tells me thats on my banking app and why aren't I using it, i tell him that I have never seen what his talking about, with a condescending tone he says mam why would I lie to you. Mind you my question still hasn't been answered, i then receive over 10 sms's that my incontact times have been updated, i didnt call for that i dont even know whats that about. FNB BETTER DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE BECAUSE PEOPLE LIKE FRANCOIS GELDENHUYS ARE GIVING IT A BAD NAME. WHO KNOWS HOW MANY OTHER PEOPLE HE TREATS LIKE THAT AND THEY DON'T COMPLAIN. IF FNB DOES NOT GET BACK TO ME AABOUT THIS ISSUE I WILL CONTINUE TO NAME AND SHAME THIS FRANCOIS GELDENHUYS ON EVERY PLATFORM.
