FNB Customer Service Suck

I have been trying to upgrade my Private Credit Card to a Wealth Credit Card for two weeks, and I have called numerous times after speaking to multiple people on different FNB numbers. Does FNB not care about their loyal customers? Or should I move to Capitec Bank, hope FNB decide and call me back
