FNB Customer Service Lacking

Can someone at FNB actually assist me as i am at my wits end at been told to do one thing and then that department telling me to do another and going from pillar to post. I am already stressed and am now beyond as the bank will not assist me. I signed a debit order mandate for a loan and now they are not answering my calls and emails and suspect they will debit me and take my money can this not be stopped before the debit runs as am reporting this as a ****.... Apparently i must wait and see if the debit runs seriously and then they say maybe they can reverse the money back?? Please can someone assist
