FNB customer service is pathetic

FNB will remain a traditional bank, poor customer care, poor customer experience

I am an extremely unhappy FNB customer who will take their business to one of the Fintech digital banks (Tyme Bank) . I have had enough of FNB customer service ruining my day and upsetting me and making me unhappy.
