FNB CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT

I have been trying to set up a Paypal account, but the FNB online banking profile for non-FNB Paypal clients keep giving me an error saying I already exist on their system. Not possible since I am not and have never had any products with FNB. I have spent nearly R300 airtime trying to get through to their PaylPal client services telephone number. I had been on hold for over 20 minutes every time I called (I tried calling 11 times!) before I simply gave up and put the phone down. They also couldn't be bothered answering my e-mail.
