Fnb customer service is atrocious. The few times I need to contact them seems to be like a mission

I have been trying to query a transaction made on my credit card for over 2 hrs now with FnB and I must say their customer service is quite useless. It is not so much the people but its their re-routing telephone system. They can't seem to get you to the right department. I have been switched to debit cards, new accounts and I don't know what else. Eventually got so frustrated that I have decided to give up. The thing is that this could possibly be a ********** issue but the hassle with getting a hold of someone who can assist from FnB is crazy that I just got fed up.
