FNB customer service is appauling

This bank just gives me false promises because I'm posting bad reviews and they don't want that. Up until today, I have still not been contacted to have my home loan term reviewed. Now I am seriously disgusted with the bad service. I'm closing this account and swapping my home loan to absa.
