FNB - ***** Customer Service does not exist

I have spent the last 5 days trying to log a ***** case on the FNB app but the app is constantly not available to log a ***** case. The ***** case occurred on my Virtual card & FNB is deducting fees on this card even though it's cancelled. FNB cannot even tell me where the ***** case occurred. This has been such a terrible experience and makes me wish I never ever transacted with FNB. Once this ***** case has been resolved, I'll be moving all my accounts to Discovery.
