FNB CUSTOMER SERVICE DISAPPOINTING

I have been trying to obtain a settlement letter and it has been a nightmare. Tried calling the call center and my calls keep getting dropped, have tried going into a branch only to be given the phone to call the call center. It feels like I'm stuck in a never ending loop!
