FNB customer service / debit disputes

Worst bank ever mi wife trying to reverse debit order for a month now everytime we go to the bank branch in springs mall they put her in line for hours we try to phone customer care but also get put on hold for hours waiting more than 100 rands airtime just to hold for no service they never reply to emails useless bank worst ever any other bank assists way better than FNB pieces of ******* useless they may aswell close the whole entire FNB
