FNB Customer Service

FNB cannot reverse a debit order for me. I do not know who it was n thats what I told the bank I called them, I went into branch I went on the app and their answer was that I ahould call service provider.

There is no company name just abbreviations m thata why I td the bank I dont know these people and again I was told to contact the service provider which is "who". That is why I came to bamk personally too.

Their service is pathetic
