FNB CUSTOMER SERVICE
This is 100% the worst bank i have ever had an experience with, the customer service is HORRIBLE and all they ever do is ask you to go into a branch. I have sent multiple emails to inquiries and they NEVER reply. I am not sure what is happening in FNB but i am sure the staff helping with customer service has not been trained to do anything ...
