FNB customer service

I opened a ***** case with FNB on the 27th Feb 2024. From the time I opened this case no one from FNB has bothered themselves to contact me. I really can't understand how an investigation is taking place when FNB haven't even seeked to get a copy of my case report. I have contacted FNB on several occasions and I keep being told that my case is still under investigation. My last attempt was today again and was told that a lady by the name of Rebecca is handling my case, when the consultant tried to connect me to her it went straight to voicemail. It has been a month and I don't know what is happening...
