FNB Customer service

I was a Kulula credit card holder for an access of 10 years. Due to Kulula 's financial problems the Kulula card was discontinued as from 11 June 2022. FNB who managed the Kulula card offered an Aspire Kredit Card as replacement. The Aspire card was delivered within 7 days. I went though the processes, eg confirmation of address, Rica, declaration of income, tax number ext (06 June 2022). The credit card first had no credit available. After spending hours with the FNB call centrum consultants, I managed to get a available credit of R150,000.00 (which correspond with the available credit I had on the Kulula card). When presenting the card the card was rejected with message "restricted card" I vissited FNB branch Volksrust twice and FNB branch Musina to try and resolved the issue. The consultant at the Musina FNB branch tried his admost to help and later handed my case over to the branch manager. The branch manager spend some time speaking to the call center consultants but could not resolve. After 3 hours at the Musina branch I had to leave. The branch manager said she would resolve the issue and would phone me to confirm the solution. As promised the branch manager phoned the same day informing me she could not resolve the issue and would keep on trying until successful. She phoned next day 11 July 2022 and said the issue was resolved. I immediately presented the card at Forever resorts Tshipe for payment, but card was rejected same message as before. On 18 July I informed FNB to cancel the card. This however also seem impossible for FNB to do as card fees appeared on the FNB online account which will be reversed by me if claimed from my ABSA bank account. The FNB Aspire card never functioned as a credit card.
