FNB Customer non-service call centre

Tried calling FNB customer services to report a *****ulent transaction. On hold for over 10 minutes and still waiting to speak to someone. Terrible service. Name should be changed to FNB Customer Non- Service Centre. Maybe it's time to see if other banks provide better service.
