FNB Customer Experience

My experience with FNB has to be one of the worst experiences I have ever had regarding any business, as I opened an account with them in an effort to move from my current bank.

And retain my ability to use the PayPal service, as I sometimes deal with international customers, but guess what? FNB has been giving me the runaround when I want to withdraw money from my PayPal account.

I have called with no assistance, visited the branch to only be given empty promises, and to top things off, I tried to close the account and they transferred me to an incorrect department.

I feel for people who use FNB and I will not be using their services after this whole distasteful experience regarding a simple process of me wanting to withdraw money from my account.
