FNB Customer Disservice

Why is the service from FNB constantly pathetic? hey never put their customers first, and will seemingly go out of their way to make life difficult.

I am currently trying to contact FNB regarding outstanding funds etc, but because I do not have my phone with me and cannot open the app, they can not verify me, so will not help me. What happened to alternate forms of verification such as security questions???

This is absolutely ridiculous - I can not wait to cancel my accounts and move to Discovery.
