FNB customer care! No care, no clue

So I bought a Roblox 50 voucher for my child using my fnb banking app on my phone.

I paid R1046 for this voucher and got sent a PUBG voucher which I cannot use.

I have now phoned fnb multiple times being sent from pillar to post.

They say i must speak to ebucks department in connection with vouchers. E bucks says they don’t deal with Roblox vouchers.

So they keep putting me through to other departments like online secure which cannot help as it wasn’t purchased using my card.

I honestly don’t know anymore. Hours on the phone with no outcome.

Very disappointed in FNB.
