FNB Customer Care is absolutely shocking!!!

FNB Customer Care is absolutely shocking!!! They can help you with a solution, staff highly *********** as resolving matters. Then when they do suggest the alternative it does not even work on the online banking portal. I'm very concerned with these people being in control of my accounts and funds.
