FNB Customer CARE - I think not!!

Today I had the unfortunate task of having to contact your VARIOUS customer care centres! Firstly on my banking app, it states that I need to update my “personal information” in order to continue b anking! I tried this a number of times and it said “Failed” every time! If I went into my internet banking and checked my personal details, it stated that “No documents were outstanding”! So which is it!!! Mixed messages here! Plus, I received no email to say I must submit any documents! Also when it says “Update your personal details” I would assume it’s your name, address etc! When I then tried to email your compliance department, the email address on internet banking DOES NOT EXIST! This is beyond unprofessional! I have banked with FNB for so long and expect better service from all your departments. When I trued to update my personal info and it gave the failed message, it said call 087 whatever. I phoned that. I was then told no you need to call this 087 to sort out your problem. I was trying to do a payment and not being sent an OTP. So I waited on the line there for a good 15 minutes. I eventually got through to someone who told me he could only sort out my credit card payments! And he then told me to phone the number I had originally phoned! I do NOT have time to phone around while you people shove me from pillar to post with your useless service!! I now cannot do any payments!!!! When I phoned your compliance department where I was now understandably furious after having tried the failing email address FNB internet banking had supp****, I retold my entire story only to have the phone thrown down on me! I phoned back to have it done again! I emailed my documents (that I had to guess) to the email address that was given to me before I got the phone slammed in my ear! Now I have an email saying that the documents have been received and are being checked! How nice…..while I can’t pay a thing!! Sort out your useless service!!!!
