FNB cunsultant gives me half info on account.

2weeks ago I went to fnb to open a new bank account and I was assisted by one it their consultants. I explained that I wasn't working at the moment but I will be getting back to it in no time, she then advised that since am not working I should open a FNB EASY ZERO account. So I did, stupid me didn't even bother asking about the limits because with absa (my initial bank) there no different accounts and limits. She did not bother telling me about the limits either,now I'm stuck without my provident fund money because the acc doesn't accept over R14000. The money was sent to me last week Wednesday already and I still haven't received it. It's just a whole mess that I'm not happy about... Really.
