FnB CSD

Hi

I am struggling with getting my account verified on CSD, which is the system that companies and departments use to make payments to companies. It's been over 5 weeks now with a status of "Pending Verification"

Can somebody from FnB who sees this please assist me, by either pointing out which department I can speak to in order to resolve this matter since the Business Desk can't assist even after numerous attempts to get help. The situation is dire for myself running a SMME having payments outstanding just because of verification that needs to be done.
