FNB ****** WITH PERSONAL LOAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personal Loan:

My personal loan was paid in full R98 000 odd on Thursday 23 July 2020. The balance shown after payment was R0.

On Saturday 25 July 2020 an amount of R3734.84 was debited from my account for the personal loan. I then made a call to FNB on Saturday and they said that I should phone back Tuesday to follow up about reversal or wait for 5 to 9 business days for a refund.

On Monday the 27 July 2020 I then phoned FNB, who then told me that I still owe R2367 and when I told them that my account already was debited R3734.84 after the balance was R0, they said that interest and admin fees get added for the month, but the strange part here is that it was added only after my debit order came off and after I had paid the loan in FULL. If the loan is paid in full how do you still take so much money when it is finished and then refuse to help and give it back.

I am unable to pay my other accounts due to this now as I am short R3734.84. I wanted to speak to a manager. Surprise surprise NO ONE CAN HELP ME, as there is apparently no managers or supervisors at FNB!!!!!
