MENU Extreamly poor service

A review of FNB (First National Bank) by Rudzani T on 3 Oct 2018 Like Share Comment Report Supercharge Convert Extreamly poor service

I app**** for a smart device and now want to make a cancellation on my application and i have not taken delivery of the item. I have used up over R100 on airtime with no joy. I called the call center numbers provided to me ********** 270 and spoke to mamusi and lehlohonolo who have been putting me from one line to the other until lehlohonolo decides to give me another number ********** 800 and spoke to yet again another person namee Busakwe who decided to put me back to the previous call center with no help again. Everyone is just transfering my call till i ended up at the credit card department and back to the sales call centre again. This has been going on for 2 days and still not through to the relevent people. FNB is now starting to become a liability with poorly trained or *********** staff who do not know their relevent channels.

Even still today no one has bothered to contact me. Despite sending even a private email

All they are doing is calling me for 4seconds and hang up. It looks like no one knows what to do. I am noting with disbelief the complains relating to the service and competencies of the staff working at the cellphone contracts. All i need is for them to cancel the application/ contract and return back the money that was transfered from my gold acc to the pocket save
