FNB Cripple achieved

It has come to this. FNB has put a hold on my account, in contacting them I was put through from one person to the next, eventually Thabo assisted, the matter was even escalated, as the day ran out I was assured the account will be rectified on Saturday, no change after calling and spending 2 hours on the phone with another gentleman, result still on HOLD. I can't draw, transfer or pay. Crippled - achieved. FNB treats you as a number NOT as a client.
