1 STAR IS TOO MUCH.

FNB IS A FLUKE. Two point of sale deductions I made on the 2nd of March went off my account AGAIN on 26/03. I called the call centre, and spoke to some dude who is crazy rude, and should definitely not be working in the servicing industry. I asked to be put through to someone that will speak to me properly, and I am still holding until now.

This has still not been resolved and now I am wasting hours trying to speak to someone that's competent. Is it really this difficult to get your money back??
