FNB crimeline on strike

My email account was hacked, and the hacker provided his/her fnb account for work done by my company, to be paid. The customer who paid into the bank account provided by the hacker tried the crime line... not success. I went to the Bronkhorstspruit branch of fnb bank - they did not take any details but called the crimeline and I had to wait on the line for 30 min without any answer.

I tried the crimeline a few times from home - no answer.

Please note - if you are ****ming somebody make use of fnb - they will protect the ****mers and hackers???!!
