fnb crime dumb and dumber!

Recently our email was hacked, and the hacker specified his own fnb account number to the client. What is the solution fnb has to offer? Go and take back the service that you provided the client then there is nothing to solve! We are a furniture removal company, and the person of fnb crime, closed the case and said we must just load all the furniture of the client and move the client back the original address, where somebody else is living now. Really!!!!???? What about getting our money back in stead of something unrealistic?? Fnb really support all hackers and ******* by the look of it!
