FNB Cresta - Thank you Leo

Leo at the Cresta branch was dedicated to resolving my situation. I attended the branch on two Saturdays, close to closing time. Each time he worked uninterrupted on my issue until: there was no longer a call centre agent available on the first Saturday; my issue was resolved, on the second Saturday. Both times taking past closing time. When I was waiting I could see he gave each client the same dedicated and patient attention. His passion for helping people is clearly visible. He has a calling that could take him into any field that his mind will allow him. Thank you Leo
