FNB Cresta shopping Centre, stay away, unless you have the whole day to sit and wait and wait and wait......

I went into the FNB Cresta shopping Centre branch, and what a terrible experience ! I took my ticket, and waited and waited and waited for more than 40 minutes, while the staff is moving slower than molasses, probably helping 2 people in the said 40 minutes, but having all the time in the world to chat to each other, make jokes, go and make coffee etc, etc. WHAT UNBELIEVABLE BAD SERVICE, get a lot better FNB Cresta, shame on you !!!
