FNB Cresta poor customer service

I can't believe how careless the FNB Cresta branch has been with our time. My wife and I was just there this morning, updating our details for the business bank account, only to find out that we can't register for internet banking without going into the bank again for verification. Appalling. What is the point of a digital bank, who can't tell their customers the right information at the right time. I am still in disbelief that we have to go back now urgently today to access digital banking. This is really a good example of what poor customer service FNB provides these days.
