FNB Creditcard *****

Credit card and cheque account seriously compromised on 5th December. Reported to FNB ***** division same day. Given case number. Told I must wait until 14 days. The amount of both *****s is substantial. Can this be handled with urgency as it is such an inconvenience especially this time of the year. Please expedite and reverse these unauthorized transactions as I feel horribly victimized. Your constant updates will be appreciated. Thank you Prof PN Palmer
