FNB "Credit Relief" all smoke and mirrors!

I am hugely disappointed with FNB, they claim to be willing to assist with Covid 19 credit relief, but you are handled in such a generic way and they dont really seem interested in finding out the reasoning or any further information from you, I feel like I am just a number that is being processed by a machine. I have been banking with FNB for over 15 years and I am truly shocked with this attitude of passing the buck. Absa was more then willing to assist me, and the process was professional and well handled. FNB you should really hold your heads in shame!
