fnb credit life useless people

i have now been unemployed for 3 months now due to covid 19 i have submitted my documents multiple times to them and every time i have to wait another 14 days for the first 6 weeks i had no feed back from anyone regarding my pay protect i keep getting spin around stories im now on 5 weeks since i last submitted my documents and still getting the run around from these people there customer service is disgusting they tell you they will get someone to phone you back and they never do
