FNB Credit Life Policy - TERS 2020 Claim - Half Truths

Highly dissapointed...

FNB emailed me stating that I could qualify on my FNB Credit Life Policy as I received TERS in 2020.

I eventually managed to find the call centre number (not sure if it was just me, but I couldn't find claims contact details easily when searching).

The lady on the other end of the line told me that because I had received portion of my salary at the same time as I received TERS that I did not qualify.

When I asked for this terms and conditions of the TERS policy payments in writing I was told I could not have them and that they did not have them, and this is just what they were told to tell customers in the same instance as I mentioned above.
