FNB Credit Life is full of emty promises.FNB ....does not help...Lies

After appling to get access to our Credit Life policy to pay out on - No income as the policy state's. It is now 3 months on nobody helping us.And just to find out the person who was supposed to help us is on maternity leave and did not even handed the work over to someone or let us know that something is happening. They are quick to let you know you are behind and take your money and making empty promises and not coming to light.We payed for a service and now they are not willing to help us.Not one month we did not pay our responsibilities and their slogan is how can we help....LIES....they don't help.Terrible service and empty promises.
