Fnb credit life insurance

I have been battling to resolve insurance claims with fnb. 1st it was my bond then credit claim. I have submitted my claim since june when I got retrenched still have not resolved this matter. Being unemployed is a struggle on it's own the banks cant assist in time of need when we pay these cover for rainny days.#1
