Fnb credit life insurance
This is the feedback I got from FNB "FNB High Priority Complaint reference ***NF has been sent to Customer Resolution Centre. ***.
I'm still waiting for feedback, it's been almost a month or so, I'm speechless

25 Aug 2020, 12:51Thank you very much FNB for getting back to me, here I thought I was covered for 12 months only to find out only for 6 months, please guys be careful check your policies every 6 months cause I paid credit life insurance for 20 years to find out that I can only be assisted for 6 months, please read and check your policies carefully and not in a rush.

25 Aug 2020, 12:54Please make sure you check your overdraft cover as well cause you might find out the hard way that you only covered for death, please make sure you are covered for retrenchment and disability as well
