Fnb credit life

Hello my name is Petros Dyantyi I have a problem with Fnb credit life. I lodged a claim on 18 February 2022 regarding my credit card and revolving loan as I don't have an income as I lost my job and I continued to pay both of these accounts as I had another income after I lost my job until November 2021 where I could no longer being able to pay as I also lost that. I was told to send my bank statement and retrenchment letter from my employer and I told them that I don't have that as I was retrenched 3 to 4years back, so they asked me to write a letter explaining my situation and I did that as as I was self employed informal and was not a registered company. I made follow ups and the last time I spoke to them I was told they cannot pay because I don't have the retrenchment letter and I also my business was not registered. Please help.
