FNB CREDIT LIFE ****

I had a credit life policy with FNB which was meant to cover me in case of Retrenchment, loss of income or Temporary Disability. I had contacted them to confirm my loss of income, and they advised me to send the necessary documents, which I did send all the documents they requested. A few days later one of their Agents calls me to notify me that my claim was rejected. when i tried to find out more information as to why it was rejected he started to stutter, could not give clear answers then he said if I am not satisfied i should send an email to dispute the rejection. This was on February, I have sent numerous emails without response. I have called them and no one knows anything but instead says the matter was escalated to management and the will call me once finalized. I have asked them to put the details as to why my claim was rejected on email and still they decided to ignore all form of communication I had attempted to use. Today its June, +- 4 months later still no feedback. At some point I was a very important client to them but this is how they decided to treat me. CANCEL FNB, THEY ARE A ****...
