FNB credit life and disability cover a sham - dont waste your money

What a sham FNB Credit Life and disability cover is - My mom in 90 years old and has become disabled. After getting reports from Neurosurgeons (which cost a lot of money) and taking the time to submit a claim - FNB life who have been taking her insurance premium for years and years dont have the decency to come back to a person and tell them that they have declined the application. Not sure why - my mom is permanently disabled -confirmed by the neurosurgeon. Every time we call in to get an update some "operator" tells us it is being worked on - 3 weeks later, one chap told us that it has been declined but he isnt supposed to tell us. What a **** - paying for cover and when the chips are down - FNB overdraft insurance decide not to communicate and also decline - dont waste your time with paying for this sham of a policy
