Fnb credit insurance

I currently have 3 credit facilities with FNB and with the current economic situation I called in to double check if everything is in place because the updated credit act says every credit facility should have insurance. I was told 2 of my facilities had the insurance but they lapsed and the agent wasn't sure why didn't someone call me, not sure how the insurance would lapse if the debt is not settled yet. The 3rd facility didn't even have the insurance.

As a credit provider that is negligent from your end I cannot pay for your negligence I need a resolution
