FNB CREDIT DIVISION REVERSALS

HI,<br> <br> I subscribed to a site to download movies, it redirected me to lil.play an asked for credit card details to verify that I am actually a real person and the site was explicit in saying that it was FREE. A week later a deduction came off my account of R300, I went into FNB to try and reverse it, they looked into it and advised me that they would not reverse it as i had to call lil.play myself, the website is aparently **** and now another deduction has gone off. I tried cancelling the subscription whcih was supposed to be free yet its now deducted again, just over R300. As my bank FNB , they should have been able to help me as I did not grant permission for a deduction.
