FNB Credit Department ***********

Horrible experience with FNB home loan division, have been struggling for more than a month with an application submitted to them through a bond originator. Their credit department is ***********. We received 3, 100% loan offers from other banks but according to FNB affordability is a problem, due to the credit team not having the ability to do basic calculations nor to apply logical reasoning. Please don't waste your time with them - its time consuming and a fruitless exercise, just go to one of the other banks.
