fnb credit department incompetence

After opening a new credit card aaccount i qas subject to wait 3-7 working days ( though delivery stated on the cellphone banking was 48 hours).

4 working days later i contacted fnb where i was transferred to their couriers where i was told that they have my card and contact number yet they do not have my Id number so they need to wait on confirmation from fnb before delivery. How the hell do send my information incomplete or accept a card to be delivered without identification?

This is poor service from one of south africas renowned banks and i never even received an apology from anyone i spoke to about the inconvenience.

Still waiting for card delivery

Dont know why i have to go to this extent to get a simple card delivered.

Anyway the consultant that phoned for the follow up of the complaint was very professional.

Hope the credit department pulls up their socks
