FNB credit cards queries and complaints

I lodged a complaint about Sibongile M who works at the FNB credit card complaints and queries yesterday . TODAY she called me, apologized and we sorted out the issue. I thought it was amazing that she personally called me and addressed my issue with me, by doing this we could work it out together and explain how our miscommunications came about, instead of going through a third party where things could have got ugly.

She was patient, kind and explained everything that I needed to be explained.
