FNB Credit Cards division is useless and a waste of time

FNB is messing with my credit score and will not sort their **** out, I have tried for over 2 months for them to rectify their mistakes but they have not done so. Last response was for me to wait for 21 days for the credit bureaus to update their data but it's been over 30 days since then and the problem hasn't been resolved. First they closed my complaint without resolving my issue and now they're ignoring my emails. I will be closing my FNB accounts soon. Please do not call me and waste my time unless you'll can prove that the issue has been resolved successfully.
