FNB CRedit Card's Appalling Client Service and zero emphaty for Clients

I had a credit card with FNB some time back and lost my job during covid. after getting a job after covid I made an arrangement with their collections agent Blake and Associates. Even though I have this arrangement and have honoured religiously, FNB has decided to list my monthly montly payment at credit bureau as the total amount owed not the arranged amount or the correct supposed installment. the total owed is four times my current salary which then makes me as good as been black listed. I have been trying to contact them to fix this for months but the emails to *** falls into a whole. The do not even offer me a courtesy to tell me why is this and if there is anything I can do to fix this. Even their collection agents, blake and Associates have contacted them with this issue but the choose to ignore me. this is the same appalling and disregard for clients behaviour FNB is known for.
