FNB - Credit card statements - Not available in English for 3 months past
As per previous clients, also need my credit card statements in English for visa application and again spent Saturday in the branch for two hours, again today phoning and following up and also just received response, sorry, FNB can not help with the last 3 months statements in English. As there is such a need from FNB clients to get English statements, and more than 3 years since the first complaint, and still no functionality to assist clients with this request.
