Fnb credit card settlement letter

Good day. I feel so frustrated with Fnb. I need a settlement letter and sent an email about a week ago, but did not receive any feedback. Previously they sent me a settlement letter without an account number into which I should transfer the money. I have called so many departments for assistance. When you apply for credit they are quick to assist but when you want to settle they make it impossible to do.
